Junior Section Strategy
14 April 2012
In 2010, the PRFC Junior Section undertook an exercise to identify what areas of focus it believes are priorities for the junior section. A group of committee members, junior coaches and parents met to discuss ideas for an overall direction of where the junior section should concentrate its focus for the next 3-5 years.
A strategic goal was defined and a strategy map adopted by the junior committee. In order to achieve the goal of 'becoming the first choice sports club in the Hutt Valley and a leading junior rugby club in New Zealand' we need our whole junior section to understand this strategy.
