Tragic Accident Cuts Short Visit

A tragic accident has cut short the return home visit by Petone All Black Ian Stevens.

Ian was in New Zealand on holiday from his home in South Africa this week visiting his Mother when he learned of the death of one of his daughters in an Electric Mower accident.

A distraught Ian was comforted by Andy and Lesley Leslie before his flight back to South Africa to be with his family.

The entire Petone Rugby Club sends its Best Wishes and Condolences to Ian and his family at this very sad time.
